I loved the idea of not settling for something a company gives you at face value. It is a great writeup too, about the three stages of design, which i think make a ton of sense. Sometimes it seems like being ok with 80% to get it in the wild and see what breaks is a fine model, as long as it is part of your process to learn and fix quickly.
